School Closures & Delays/Inclement Weather

At McMinnville Christian Academy (MCA), the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. In most cases, MCA follows the McMinnville School District’s decisions regarding late starts or school closures due to inclement weather. However, MCA may occasionally make an independent decision if conditions affecting our school differ from those in the district.

Parents will be notified using the following methods:

• Late Starts or School Closures: Notifications will be sent directly to MCA parents by email.
• Early Release: If weather conditions require students to leave early after the school day has started, parents will be notified by both telephone and email.
