Annual Tuition 2026- 2027
Kindergarten – 8th Grade: 8:00am – 3:00pm

*Families enrolling multiple children receive a $500 tuition discount for each additional child after the first.
Pre-K: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Mornings: 8:00am – 11:30am

New Student Application Fee
Families interested in enrolling at McMinnville Christian Academy should begin by submitting a New Student Application Form .
- Application Fee — $50
The application fee covers the cost of:
- Application processing
- Academic record review
- Administrative admissions evaluation
Application fees are non-refundable.
Enrollment Fee: All Students
A completed enrollment packet and enrollment fee must be submitted to secure a student’s placement for the upcoming school year. Enrollment is not confirmed until both the packet and fee are received. The enrollment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be credited toward tuition or applied to another student or academic year under any circumstances.

Tuition Discounts
Paid in Full Discount: Families who pay the full yearly tuition by the first day of school receive a 3% tuition discount.
Active Duty Military Discount: Families with an active-duty military parent or guardian receive a 4% tuition discount. Discounts apply to tuition only and may not be combined with tuition assistance.
Tuition Assistance
- Need-based tuition assistance is available.
- Typical tuition assistance awards range from 10% to 50% of tuition, based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Tuition assistance is not available for Pre-K enrollment.
Families requesting assistance must:
- Complete a Tuition Assistance Application
- Submit required financial documentation
- Apply at the beginning of the school year with enrollment packet

Families may choose one of the following payment plans:
Pay in Full
- Full payment due by the first day of school (3% discount applied)
Monthly Payment Plan
- 10 payments (September – June)
Quarterly Payment Plan
- Payments due September, December, March, and June
