The decision to cancel or to delay its opening during unusual weather conditions is generally made between 6:30-7:00 am. MCA follows the McMinnville School District closures. An all school email will be sent to families. MCA typically follows McMinnville School District’s decisions regarding late start or school closures due to inclement weather. MCA will make independent decisions when necessary, if we disagree with MSD’s decision. Late start and school closures will be communicated directly to MCA parents via email. Early release, when children are at school, will be communicated via telephone and email.
